Mrs. Linda Pera, 62, of Morris Plains passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, Feb. 12, 2010. Visitation will be on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Rt. 10 W., Randolph, N.J. 07869, (www.tuttlefh.com). A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Ann R.C. Church, 781 Smith Rd., Parsippany, N.J. 07054, (973) 884-1986, at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, East Orange. Born in Newark, Mrs. Pera grew up in Belleville, and was a resident of Parsippany since 1977. She was executive secretary for Interpace Corp, Parsippany, and Saint Clare's Health System, Denville, in the 1970s and 1980s. In recent months, she volunteered for both feeding the homeless and caring for sheltered animals. Most of all, Mrs. Pera's love of life was caring for her family as a devoted mother and wife. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Roy; son, Jeffrey of Randolph, and daughter, Julie Pera of Boston. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Ann Hoehe; brother, Bill, and sister, Carol Hoehe. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in her memory to St. Ann R.C. Church, 781 Smith Rd., Parsippany, N.J. 07054, (973) 884-1986, or P.A.S.S. Parsippany Animal Supporters Society, (www.pass4pets.org).
